What's involved?

Put simply our programme is designed to take you from 'I haven't got a clue' to 'I can see a way forward'.

It consists of 4x 90-minute group coaching sessions + 2 x 30-minute private coaching calls.

This programme is designed to be a 'jump start'. The focus of the course will be to unstick and inspire, with each session designed to tackle a different aspect key to career selection and satisfaction. You will finish the programme with a clear view of what the right job looks like with and at least a couple of options you can move forward with.

How does it work?

Participants have the chance to work with like minded career changers in small groups of no more than six.

The four online workshops are led by an experienced career coach and in addition to these group calls each participant will receive 2 x 30-minute private telephone coaching calls delivered over the duration of the course.

Coaching is delivered via an online platform which is your coaching 'home' through the duration of the programme. This platform forms an exclusive online community, moderated by your coach, for the duration of the programme. It is here that you can access homework and learning documents and be able to chat, share insights, track your progress and experiences with other participants between the sessions.

There is always homework to do in preparation for each session. This gets your brain working so we can make the most of our time together.

Who is it right for?

This programme is designed for those who are unhappy in their jobs and want a change but have few ideas/ inspiration.

Participants who have access to a good internet connection and a quiet, private place to take the calls (no coffee shops please!)

Participants should be able to commit to all the dates, as well as the weekly homework.

Unfortunately, this programme is not suitable for those experiencing long term unemployment.
